My Online Programme Includes

  • Twice weekly 15-20 minute workouts to complete in your OWN time, to your OWN schedule.
  • Gradually progressed sessions, using a mix of resistance bands, light dumbbells and bodyweight exercises.
  • Simple, quick and easy nutritious recipe and snack ideas.
  • Lifestyle tips and challenges to support your overall wellbeing.
  • A supportive private Facebook group to share your journey and help keep you motivated.
