I offer lots of different ways to train; Personal Training at home, in small groups, or as part of a Holistic Core Restore® programme. Regardless of how we train it all comes back to that one goal; to help every client to feel great about themselves, with a body that performs and looks how they want it to when they need it to.

Personal Training at Home

Personal training with me kicks off with a detailed pre-screening form to set the scene for me about your current health and fitness. This is followed by an informal consultation (via Zoom) to run through the information from the screening and to create a set of goals personal to you. These elements help me to develop a safe, effective, results-driven programme that’s right for YOU, whatever your age or life stage. 

While working together we’ll discuss your wider health and wellbeing too, including everything from your diet to stress levels and sleep habits to ensure we’re not just looking at exercise, but the ‘whole picture’ to deliver the results and life changes you are looking for.

Sometimes the pre screening form will highlight to me that the Holistic Core Restore® Everywoman programme would be a better fit for you initially. I offer this, and the Pregnancy ‘Bump’ programmes one to one. Please see the Holistic Core Restore® page for more information.

I am available for 1:1 sessions during weekday dayitmes. 

Pricing via Zoom

  • 6 x 60 minute sessions = £294
  • 12 x 60 minute sessions = £468

Payment can be made as two instalments prior to commencing week 1 and at week 3 (and prior to week 1 and 6 if purchasing 12). 

 

Zoom Personal Training Sessions

Our busy lives and hectic schedules (or current Covid-19 measures) mean it’s not always possible to be together face to face. This doesn’t need to stand in the way of training as I offer virtual sessions via Zoom.

Classes

I offer Holistic Core Restore® Everywoman and HEAT programmes as classes (via Zoom during Covid-19 lockdown).

The Everywoman course is the original Holistic Core Restore® programme that takes you through a revolutionary ‘whole body’ Pelvic Floor and Core exercise programme, layered with delicious nutrition and self-care guidance, whatever life phase you’re in. The 6 or 12 week course has been getting awesome results since 2013

HEAT is a pelvic floor friendly ‘no-jump’ workout that truly will hit all the fat loss markers, kick-start your metabolism and keep you burning calories for hours after the exercise session.

  • Everywoman 6 week course =  Earlybird price of £117 until August
  • HEAT £9 per class payable half-termly in advance.
