Come and join me for a relaxed evening of gentle movement from your head right down to your toes.

Over 90 minutes we will target those “tight” or “knotted” spots with a delicious series of simple moves to release muscular tension that draw on self-massage, myofascial movement, Yoga and Pilates traditions.

We’ll aim to leave you feeling refreshed AND relaxed.
